You can only design and analyze for so long. At some point, you have to build and test to see how close theory and reality line up. We are very good at this. We know how to rapidly develop prototypes – the first 1, 10, or 100 pieces used for test and verification.
Our in house prototype shop utilizes high speed CNC machining, rapid prototypes, and soft tooling, to quickly and cost effectively get to parts into the lab and the field.
